Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If the client has made a half payment, and our team has not yet started the project.
- If a technical error occurs on our end that prevents us from completing the service.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have been completed and delivered.
- Client dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations.
- Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication, failure to provide necessary materials, or approval delays.
- Third-party costs, including ad spend, hosting, domain fees, or external software.
- If the client has made a half payment and our team has already started the project, no refund will be provided.
Refund Process
- Request Submission – To request a refund, email us at ashu@growthwavemedia.in within 7 days of service purchase, including a clear explanation of the issue.
- Review & Approval – We will assess your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days.
- Refund Method – If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI.
Modifications & Revisions
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer:
- 1 to 2 revisions as part of the project scope.
- In rare cases, up to 3 revisions if required in complex situations.
