Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the client has made a half payment, and our team has not yet started the project.
  • If a technical error occurs on our end that prevents us from completing the service.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered.
  • Client dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations.
  • Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication, failure to provide necessary materials, or approval delays.
  • Third-party costs, including ad spend, hosting, domain fees, or external software.
  • If the client has made a half payment and our team has already started the project, no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission – To request a refund, email us at ashu@growthwavemedia.in within 7 days of service purchase, including a clear explanation of the issue.
  2. Review & Approval – We will assess your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days.
  3. Refund Method – If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI.

Modifications & Revisions

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer:

  • 1 to 2 revisions as part of the project scope.
  • In rare cases, up to 3 revisions if required in complex situations.
