2. Services Offered
Growthwave Media provides professional digital services including but not limited to:
- Website Development
- Meta Ads Management
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Designing
- Influencer Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Video Editing
The scope of each service will be defined and agreed upon before the project begins.
3. Payment Terms
To initiate any project, the client must agree to the following payment terms:
50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
The remaining 50% payment must be completed before final project handover.
Final delivery, transfer of files, website credentials, or project access will only be provided after full payment is received.
4. Project Delivery Timeline
Most projects are completed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the project scope and availability of required information from the client.
Please note the following:
- Sundays and public holidays are not included in the project timeline.
- Any additional holidays will be communicated to the client in advance.
- Delays caused by late submission of content or information from the client may affect delivery timelines.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials required for the project, including but not limited to:
- Content and text
- Images or product details
- Login access to required platforms
- Any other relevant information needed for project completion
Failure to provide these details on time may result in delays in project delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Growthwave Media follows a strict no-refund policy once the work has started.
Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:
- If Growthwave Media is unable to deliver the project or services that were officially committed to the client.
In all other cases, payments made are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
Once the client confirms the service and the project is scheduled, cancellation is not permitted.
Since resources, planning, and project allocation begin immediately after confirmation, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Technical Support
Growthwave Media provides 1 year of technical support for websites developed by our team.
Technical support includes assistance with:
- Website not loading or technical errors
- Website security issues or hacking attempts
- Basic troubleshooting related to the developed website
However, Growthwave Media will not be responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment of platform subscriptions (Shopify, hosting, etc.)
- Domain expiration or hosting renewal issues
- Platform service interruptions beyond our control
9. Limitation of Liability
Growthwave Media shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or external platforms involved in the project.
10. Changes to Terms
Growthwave Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
